Employee Spotlight: HR Coordinator/Accountant – Theresa Berry Webster Born in Jacksonville FL, Theresa Berry Webster moved to Birmingham in 1999. She began working at IHC in 2009. Theresa has a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Computer Science from Troy State University. She also has a MBA/MPAcc from University of Phoenix. In addition, Ms. Webster holds a Certification in Paralegal Studies from Stratton University and has successfully completed the examination for the NIOSH Spirometry Workshop. Recently, Theresa graduated from the Birmingham Society of Human Resource Management’s Leadership Academy. This highly sought after certification focuses on the development of the HR professional to turn workplace challenges into opportunities by optimizing their skills in organizational procedures, strategic leadership and business relationships. This 10 month academy was limited to 20 talented HR professionals. Preferred applicants were accepted based on HR experience and the demonstrated desire to excel in the field of human resources. Ms. Webster graduated from the academy on October 25th, 2013. IHC is fortunate to have highly skilled professionals, such as Theresa, in our employ!
