Employment Job Opportunities Industrial Health Council

You can then fill out the form and save it to your computer again and email it to rmorrow@i-h-c.org for consideration. Please also include a scan of your driver’s license.
3. Third way is to click on the application link below and then print the application. You can fill it out with a pen or pencil and then fax it to our office along with a copy of your driver’s license.
